YOUTH ACADEMY
These sessions are designed to introduce/progress youth to fitness, sports training and healthy habits. It typically includes age-appropriate workouts, skill development, and coaching to build strength, coordination, speed and mind muscle connection on top of a solid foundation of good form!

1. First initial Prescreen/Movement Screen & Goal Setting
2. 45-60minute sessions where a personal trainer comes prepared with a programme based on your goals and fitness level.
