With our individualised approach to each client we'll make sure to help you progress at your own pace.  Males and females of all fitness levels are welcome at FITFUSION!

Our specialized programmes focus on Pre/Rehab, strength & conditioning, weight loss, mobility and athletic performance and is designed to help you move better and achieve your fitness goals.

STRENGTH

Strength Sessions have been designed to help you with technique, challenge you on weights and get you some serious muscle/strength gains.  Youre looking at less reps, more sets and heavier weigths.

ENDURO

Our enduro sessions is one to challenge your stamina!  If you're looking to condition your body, improve your cardiovascular fitness and overall strength, then this is the session for you!

HYBRID

This session hits all the marks.  Stabillity, Agility, mobility, strength, acceleration and Core!

For an all rounder and full body workout, come try out HYBRID!

BALANCED

Coordination, balance, stabilisation, core strength, range of motion/flexibility, muscular endurance and mind muscle connection.  

​

This session is designed to work on all the smaller muscle groups and muscle imbalances.

BEAST

Our High-Intensity session combines the perfect mix of plyometrics, agility, power moves, heavy lifts and speed! Come show us your inner beast and test your limits!
